 1.  Shipping Method:

 For orders within Ghana, we utilize a reliable courier service to deliver your purchases. This ensures secure and efficient shipping to your designated address.

2. Delivery Costs:

We offer delivery within Accra at a standard rate of 35 cedis. The delivery cost will be automatically added to your total at checkout. Please note that we currently do not provide delivery services outside of Accra.

 3. Delivery Time:

We make every effort to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location within Ghana and the availability of the item(s) you have ordered. We aim to deliver your package within the shortest possible timeframe.

 4. Delivery Address:

To ensure smooth delivery, we offer two convenient options for providing your address details:

- You can provide your contact number, location and digital address (postcode). Our delivery rider will contact you once your order is dispatched.

- Alternatively, you can send us your order number and location pin via WhatsApp for a hassle-free delivery experience. You will be notified upon the rider's arrival.

5. Order Tracking:

We will keep you informed about the status of your order through email updates. However, please note that we do not provide a tracking number or tracking service. Our email notifications will provide you with regular updates on the progress of your package and estimated delivery date.

6. Shipment Issues:

If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, such as delays or concerns about the condition of the package, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the matter and ensure that you receive your items in satisfactory condition.
